Air Dog II w/ Water In Fuel light on

Hey guys, driving the other day my "water in fuel" light came up on the truck. I have replaced the factory pump with an AirDog II and from my understand the sensor for the water in fuel was in the old factory pump. Am I wrong? i drained the water/fuel seperator on the airdog and the light still comes on. I read somewhere that the factory plugs possibly got wet or damaged and that could cause it but I just thought i'd throw a post up and get some more feedback. I'm a little worried about it incase it isn't just a wet plug.

Do you still have the factory HFCM installed?

No, it doesn't. When it dries out tape the connector up and you shouldn't have any more problems with it.

This happened to me before with my AD2 installed and the HFCM removed. The light came on going home one day and the next day I came out and started the truck the light wasn't on anymore and it hasn't came on since. I wouldn't worry about it.

Your fuel pump and primary fuel filter, on the frame rail.
