I did this last weekend 800 miles away from home pulling nates truck to Atlanta the washer and o rings blew off my number 8 and hydro locked it

Jesse is having a lot of issues with his injectors it seems. He doesn't flow them so he doesn't really know what they are putting out and has sent out mis-matched sets more than a few times.

It is a PITA to change injectors, especially on the passenger side. So while yeah he seems to be really good about sending replacements out in a timely fashion he is having way too many failures for me to buy from him. It starting to look like RCD all over again except he appears to be standing behind his better than RCD.

Anyway I hope this set works out better for you.

Great, made the decision to go with 175 / 35's and maybe a Stage 2 dunno will have to talk to Adrian to see how the hybrid and 175's works.

155's Stock Nozzles never ran right, white plume at start up and always a little too rich. So I always had a concern it was something not 100%.

Maybe this time it will be the Nuts.

I got no complaints about my 175/stock from Jesse at all. 0 issues to this point with them and have put almost 3k on them since the rebuild.

That said Mitch I see where your coming from completely but if your looking to get a budget injector you can't really be too picky. If he did flow test them than they would be significantly more expensive. Now with injectors that have larger nozzles as well I agree with you completely.

Sheldon's (Renegade Diesel) injectors are priced very competitively and he has the ability to flow them. That's why I decided to go with him for my 200/100's. I had serious problems trying to tune with my supposed 175/75's so I had him flow them before he did anything with them. He found they were all about 175cc but 2 had 75% nozzles and the rest had about 60% nozzles and the spill ports had been welded up. No wonder I couldn't get a tune to run right. No these where not Jesse Warren's injectors, I got them second hand and they were supposed to be Ryan Casserly's.

Hopefully I'll have a better outcome this time too.
