Do the repair that is in the tech section....it's easy enough just take your time and don't over heat the solder.I did mine last year in less than 2 hours and have held 48.5v steadt ever since.

Ficm voltage

Does anyone know what could cause ficm vo.Gage to fluctuate from 48 volts to 0 constantly? The input ficm voltage also fluctuates to zero from 12 volts constantly. I am monitoring this with an auto ingenuity scan tool. I tested the ficm voltage at the screw on the unit and maintained pretty consistent 48 volts?

My guess would be a bad connection at the FICM.

Send a message via Yahoo to Dave
Xjeeper as long as you have a complete 03 or a complete 05 to swap in theyre plug and play.

Whats not interchangeable is an 03 power supply side with an 05 logic board
