Fuel psi gauge w/ ADII

If you blocked off the stock FPR can you still use that port on the housing for the fuel PSI gauge?

Yes you can. All you're doing is blocking off the return line. Everything else is still pressurizing.

Wouldn't it be better to either use the the fpr or gut it and regulate the pump itself so they don't possibly still fight each other? Or does blocking the return up there somehow negate the spring?

You should gut the FPR and block the return.
