What else to do during tear down?

After some tests on the motor number 6 injector is failing and I'm just going to replace all the injectors with some upgraded ones, but I'm wondering while I have the motor torn apart what else should I go ahead and replace. I have done nothing to the truck yet but exhaust, intake and programmer no motor work.

Suggestions?

Studs, OEM head gaskets, updated turbo oil feed and drain tubes, updated STC fitting if it hasn't been done, oil cooler, egr cooler/delete, blue spring update, metal cold side CAC tube, new intercooler boots from RiffRaff Diesel, CCV reroute, turbo cleaning and restore, cooling system flush with restore and restore+ or vc-9, coolant filter kit, oil change to rotella t6 synthetic and new Zerex EC-1 rated ELC fully concentrated coolant, new degas bottle cap, motorcraft fuel and oil filters, Fumoto Quick Drain valves to replace the block plugs while flushing, updated fuel/water separator drain plug. I'm sure I'm missing somethings but that would be a good start.

Oh yeah only use the motorcraft oil filter cap and filters.
