Superchips 1805 Tuner

Hey guys, quick question.
Boss has a 2006 6.0, the SC tuner was on an 04 6.0, never and issue with it. Tried to put it on the bosses truck, went through the whole steps, ended up failing on the engine tune, and tuned the trans to the perf trans tune. Lost OD, blah blah, Now says unit is VIN Locked..Cant unload the tune because of that. So in turn, we have a stock engine file, and a tuned incorrectly trans.

Question at hand, SC tech support has been great so far. Theyve had me do some steps to the tuner and such, and they need this info from me about the truck
He will need the box code for the truck that is not shifting correctly, also the VIN, and a recent update to the tuner
Ok, im not a newbie when it comes to the 6.0, or engines at that..but WHAT THE HECK is the box code? Im at a loss! LOL!

Im new, but box code, as in the box the tuner came in. Believe each one has its own code.
