Edge or SCT you pick

Have question which would you pick and why between Edge Evolution CTS or the SCT Livewire TS

u pick an Edge CST for a monitor only and an SCT sf or x 3 with custom tunes so you can load and remove to the safety of your house .. these devices get jacked like the live wire your screwed

So not a fan of livewire ts system? I am new to the diesel world looking for opinions before I put $ into it and the system not do or be what I thought it would

Not a fan of the ts either because of $$ and like zmann what you lose if its stolen. Id go with a used x3 and a used cts or even some analog glowshift gauges. I mounted my gryphon above driver sun shield instead of below pillar handle so I didnt have to worry about it being seen then finding a broken driver side window. Jmo.

I can get used edge evolution cts for 400 plus cost of sct x3 or get the livewire for 550

I was gonna go with sct x3 and teh edge insight. Now, its Teh sct livewire ts hands down. I dnt like teh look of analog gauge on teh A pillar.

I hate Edge prower products so much, I quit using Edge shaving gel!

Given an SCT retails for $379, that's $800 for a USED piece of electronics that will eat your transmission! Been there, done that, dropped the transmission.

I use a Scan Gauge II, Auto Meter EGT & fuel psi, and an X3 that I picked up from eBay for $120...

I like the all in one. If you really wanted to you could take it out easily when you park in a questionable place.

I had a x2 and gauge pillar since 07, and just took it all out in Lou of the new livewire ts.
