wix filter 85832 BPD oil cooer-

Wondering if anybodys got a link to a good place to find the filter for the BPD external oil filter. (car quest WIX 85832)
Checked on amazon found nothing. Ebay,nothing. Maybe Im doing something wrong dunno.
And yes I know BPD has them but I gotta wonder if $27 might be a bit high. Willing to buy a case if price is right.

I bought one from carquest. They were not $27. More like $22 IIRC. I did get a lead on some Donaldson filters thought a guy that I know who is a dealer for them. Direct replacement with the same micron filtration for like $14, but that is at cost so I have to wait for his next shipment form them.

Not upset at all and didn't mind doing the research. I have a BPD system as well and the last filters I go from Amazon at about $10 each. No need to submit your questions to me instead of posting in the open forum. I'm sure someone else would have posted something similar at some point. You are welcome to PM me with any questions you have, members do it all the time, but you by no means need to submit your questions to me before posting. I didn't mean to come off as upset or angry about your post. I posted the info I did, and took the time to do some quick research because I thought other members would benefit too.

As far as searching I just typed "Carquest 85832 cross reference" into Google and then Goggled some of the cross referenced filters. I've been working with computers since before the PC was invented so I forget some folks are still not real comfortable with technology. It's just second nature around my house.

By the way, the reason your Amazon search turned nothing up is the Wix # is 51832. 85832 is the Carquest #. I just looked and Amazon has the Wix 51832 for $15.83.
