OEM head gaskets is the consensus to use right now. Do not use black onyx gaskets, there have been a large number of failures with the black onyx, and I am pretty sure you only want to do it once!

Ill get you the basic response from the powerstroke world, use only oem gaskets and ditch the bulldog and get tunes from a reputable dealer using the sct uploader.

The Bully Dog WILL tear up your transmission. Its not a matter of "if", its a matter of "when". Get you a SCT programmer and only use OEM gaskets. Make sure to have your heads checked for flatness and cracks and machined if they need it. This is very very important to making sure you only have to do this once!

agreed oem, trash the bullydog and why the 6 phase ficm? 4 phase will work just fine and save you 200 in the process plus you dont want to run the extra voltage it offers anyways.

OEM gaskets, SCT w/ custom tuning, and a four phase ficm is the best!
