the livewire is capable of monitoring EGT's, but I think you have to buy an optional probe kit for it.

But I think for my money I'd get an SCT Xcal2, or Xcal3 and a set of stand alone gauges. The quad commander is ok, or you can get a set of analog gauges reasonable too. My way is still cheaper than a livewire I believe, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I just did that this weekend with a lift tires and wheels. I convinced her to buy a new house this month too and if I want to keep any of that and sleep in the bed I can't push much more

there is no way you will hear anyone who knows anything about 6.0 tuning to tell you to get the evo over the SCT.

how much is the evo ?? get the sct and a set of gauges. all you really need is a boost gauge and pyro minimum. i dont tow, so i dont run a tranny temp gauge. the livewire is a big bulky unit, and it's expensive to add the egt function to it. but you should be able to get an SCT and gauges for under 700bucks

Just tell her you don't mind sleeping on the couch because it's like camping out.
