sct vs predator

I have a predator module and have been having tranny problems and after lots of research I have learned that it is due to no increase in line pressure I have been running my truck stock for the last week and the tranny works perfect but I sure do miss the power anyway I have done many searches on your site and I'm sold on a sct Xcal But I have one question how detectable is it to the dealer for warranty I also really like the edge evo because of the built in egt gauge I can't find any good news about them What do you guys think from what I have read you sure do know your sh!! about this Any help would be awesome this is the best site ever

the sct is the way to go and then get your self a set of gauges. if you have an sct and you wanna take it to the deal you simply set your truck back to stock. the only way they can tell if you have been useing a chip after that is if they look at the burn patterns on your piston. but if you get an edge then when you take it to the deal you still have all your edge stuff on and they will most likely void your warrantee. plus sct you can get custom tunes and what not.

Thanks for the reply I will probably get one as soon as I pay for my lift wheels and tires I bought this weekend I will show some pics of the lift and engine heater as soon as I get it all installed I read your mods and I'm guessing your truck must haul ***

haha well its a 7.3 so not as quick as your truck will be but ya its pretty fast for how big it is. its a dam good truck

Thats what I set out to buy was a 7.3 but I found this one and the GF told me to get it after the test drive if it wasn't for her I would have drove buy because of the red psd on the door I'm hoping I made the right decision

im sure you will be happy with it. they are all great trucks just some have different advantages

I can speak from experience on the Predator aka Pukator! Get rid of it as fast as you can. Your heads and your tranny will love you long time! The SCT is the only way to go with the 6.0L. If you would like some more information you can pm. As you can see by my signature, the SCT makes the Granny Truck sing quite nicely. You will love what it does for your truck and how it makes your tranny shift. Trust everyone when they tell you SCT! SCT! Good luck.
