Like Dirty said you must be boared.... or interested in the Hybrid.
Let me clarify my stance being I have been one of the most verbal on this turbo... and about MTW... I'll Start by saying Adrian is Great... strung a bit thin at times, he has more projects going in any single minute that most of us would take on in a months time. For those of us that are slightly impatient this is less than a stellar combo. But Adrian does what he says... you just need to agree upon the time line. He has work with me and we believe to have figured things out.
Matt is also terrific. He is a straight shooter and will not BS you. He as of lately has also been strung a little thin. His knowledge with the tuning and the tuners can not be matched. A great guy.
We have made good progress with the hybrid. Adrian did a mod that appears to be the fix to the less than stellar performance people were seeing and tuner couldn't solve. I personally can not confirm how the H2 runs.
I did a tweak of my own that produces similar results and this completely woke the turbo and my truck up!!!!! MTW (correct me if I am wrong) has little knowledge of 6.0 at elevation. I sit at 4500 and can be at 10000 in 30 minutes. This played a huge role in the way the hybrid and the truck responded to each other. Like I mentioned my looney wild file when from 1700+ to 1450 max and comes down from there.
This brings me to Eli statement... having the ability to adjust my boost.... 34 is too much with out more fuel... 32 runs way good.. I can not find a big enough area to do a full run. I always run out of room. Let me say I am finally impressed with what this turbo can do. The low pitch whine when it hit 29+ psi is just cool.... hate to sound adolescent but i am still playing with trucks right...
Rene should have dynoed his truck today. He installed electric fans and wanted to document that increase before installing his H2. Once this happens I am sure this turbo will take over as the one to buy!!!!!
My apology's to the MTW team as I can be a bit demanding at times but I try and hold my tongue even more. Thanks for your help and concerns with my build. I am extremely excited now that I have seen the possibilities this turbo has... Thanks guys!!!!!!
