Returned to stock now have problems

I have been running idp x-street for about 9 months. I was bored today and returned my truck to stock. Now I have a shift flare between 2-3 3-4. Also the a/c blows hot when I'm giving it gas. Blows cold as soon as I let off the gas pedal.
I reinstalled the tune and the a/c went back to working right and the shift flares went away.

What could cause this? Is my tranny going bad?

Im not sure with the ac blowing warm.. Is your radiator fan cycling when it blows warm? As far as the tranny giving you fits I would suspect the tranny re-learning the factory shifts points. Give 10-30 miles or so. I havn't unloaded my tune in a long time but when i did for service etc, my tranny would do the same thing.
