Plenty of folks here have upped the exhaust before tuning. What are you looking to get out of an exhaust system?

Horsepower and mileage gains are minimal. Tone is the biggest reason most do it, and there are plenty that have removed the CAT and Muffler. You get a lot of the turbo whistle in the exhaust that way. You'll see some drop in EGT's if you have a gauge/monitor for it.

What else have you done, or plan for your 6.0L?

I replaced mine two days ago with the Diamond Eye 5" turbo back with muffler. Turbo spools marginally faster (noticeable, but barely) other than that there is increased noise and delicious turbo whistle... And some vibration/knocking from the downpipe I think is touching something... gotta get under there and sort that out... when it gets cooler..
