Yes stage 4 is on it's way, I have 2 stage 4 that I have to build, it measures at 72mm/94mm .58a/r billet wheel, modified vgt vanes for quicker spool and less back pressure.
This is the top turbo that I will build, it will spool faster than the stage 3, build to 50-55 psi of neck cracking boost, will take the 6.0 powerstroke to over 700 rwhp with supporting mods on fuel only. Stage 3 is starting to prove it self as a true contender against compounds and stage 4 will be a knock out punch for the compounds.
I have put extra tricks into stage 4 and plan on alittle more tweek for it. The stage 4 that I build for myself will be the nastiest of all the turbos I have ever built, I will pull all the stops on it and put all the tricks I know. Stage 4 will produce 700-780rwhp and I plan on 760-790 rwhp for me. These rwhp numbers are fuel only, and if all the other turbos that I have built don't get 6.0 powerstrokes respect stage 4 will get it for sure.
I will keep everyone informed on how things progress, and will plan on putting the build of the MTW truck as a thread when I start on it. I have been a little quite lately so you know something was about to go MAD.

I can say "MAD TURBO WERKS STAGE 4 TURBO". I dont think I will be going for the mid to upper 700s though. I will most likely just end up sticking with a number close to 700hp but I gotta get this if it will build 50+psi of boost. That is just SICK.

Oh yea since we are going for records here, I'll see if 700hp is possible with 190cc injectors.

If the stage 3 will clean 190's (assuming tony's tune is full fuel)
Im thinking 225's for the stage 4. Go big or Go home right?

I know this is going to sound rather off the beaten path here...

If the Stage 3 is going to have a tow file written for it, and this Stage 4 comes along and is expected to spool faster and move more air than a Stage 3, could the Stage 4 be utilized in a towing capacity...

Something to think about, though I'm sure this has crossed the 'hatters mind already.

If the stage 4 can spool just as fast. then with say 190/100's you would think that it would be much better for a towing application since it can flow more air then a stage 3. Assuming it can spool sufficiently

That's the thought process I have anyway. Not sure how much fueling it will take to get her to spool sufficiently, and therefore what her towing might be limited to.
