PHP ficm programmer questions

Those of you that have the php ficm programmer:

where does this programmer hook up to your truck? is it under the hood or under the dash?

Does this programmer have to stay attached to your truck or can you change the program and then remove(unhook) the programmer?

Has anyone used this to program their FICM and then ran Edge Juiced or Edge juiced platinum?

I don't have one, but I can answer your first 2 questions.

It plugs into the OBDII port
You only plug it in while you are doing the programming
