5" Cat back exhaust question

I just ordered a 5" Catback from Mbrp and just realized will it clear my spare tire ? Because I don't have the key to lower the spare tire and hoping it won't be in the way. Apparently the previous owner took the key out when he put 35" tires on.

2006 F-250 6.0L Powerstroke, K&N intake with S&B filter, 3.5" - 5inch Mbrp Cat back exhaust with muffler delete pipe, Garret Powermax, Performance Machine Coolant filter, SCT Livewire w/Innovative Diesel Xtreme tune, High idle mod, Glowshift gauges Egt, oil temp, fuel pressure. 2.5" leveling kit, 35X12.50R17 Nitto Trail Grappler, Rancho Dual Steering Stabilizer, Rancho 9000XL Shocks.

Is the spare tire stock or a full size 35in??

Its the factory stock tire.

You should be just fine. While i didnt have a MRBP exhaust , I did have a magnaflow 5in exhaust and it tucked up tight to the bed quarter panel and never touched the tire at all.

I have the stock tire, run the 5" MBRP, and mines a DRW, and I don't have clearance issues with it.

I put a 5" MBRP in and it fit just fine had no issues with it.
