I know a guy that has a 6.0 w/Edge Juice and has blown headgaskets, oil pump and eventually threw a rod. At 15,000 miles he got a replacement engine. Is it the Juice's fault? I have a hard time blaming Edge. This guy tows 25,000 total GVW on the hot unlock level 5.

you can blow a head gasket on a 6.0 using any programmer or chip, especially if you dont turn it down when towing

Thumbs up Not A Yech, But.....

I have a fuel pressure gauge mounted in/on my A-Pillar. It, with a new HPOP and Frame Rail Fuel Pump runs around 42-44 PSI at Idle.
Under hard WOT, accelleration can drop down to 38-40 psi.
A FASS with a 55 PSI pump is next on my list of mods.

PS: This is with OEM Sticks and an SCT LiveWire set on Extreme/Race 160HP from Eric at Innovative Diesel.......

My Sig says the Rest.
