Hey guys, I'm having trouble loading it up, we got it for my buddies truck and everything in it said for the iPad, so I tried loading or up with the iPad and every time it said my software was put of date so I got on there website and noticed they make it for the droid too well the one he got was for the droid so I unlinked the iPad and programmer like it said and even reset it like it said and can't get the droid to link with it now, any ideas on what I can do or some helpful tips??

unpair it from the iphone, in the app is an update button make sure you update the accessory, the itsx will work with the droid or apple device it is the same device for both, you should be able to unpair from the apple device and then connect with a droid device, there is a little button on the accessory also if you hold that for 10 seconds while it is plugged in it will reset the bluetooth. if that does none of that works you may have to call sct

Yeah I tried with 3 different iPads and it said unable to tune software not up to date, and I tried to update and it said firmware up to date, and I unpaired them and I can't get the droid to work at all

Anyone have any ideas I just totally reset it and all that and a droid won't even link up to it at all, I can get them to pair but they won't link together, now I can do everything on my iPhone but it just won't load a tune, I called sct 3 times today and was on hold for over a half hour everytime and left a voicemail with no call back, do far sct is lacking for me.....
