STICK 1 FOR AIRDOG!

SO i called airdog 3 times and THEY got back this morning. It all started out ok he asked me what my set up was and i told him the return was blocked off from the fuel bowl. YOU KNOW WHAT HE SAID TO ME!!! THATS NOT RIGHT THE FLUID WONT KNOW WHICH WAY TO GO!!!!! REALLY.I TOLD HIM IT GOES BACK TO THE TANK,THEN HE SAID WELL IT WILL GO TO THE BOWL FIRST THEN THE TANK.I SAID THE BOWL RETURN IS BLOCKED OFF SO THE AIRDOG RETURNS TO THE TANK ONLY. I TOLD HIM I HAVE INSTALLED 3 OF THEM AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IS VERY LOUD AND THE FUEL PRESSURE BOUNCES AROUND REAL BAD. THEN I TOLD HIM ALOT OF PEPS ARE HAVING ISSUES SIMILER TO MINE AND HE SAID IF THAT THE CASE WE WOULDNT BE SELLING THEM.he finally said after a long argument to get numbers and purchase date and would send me a pump. at least know your product!!

I wouldnt put an airdog setup on my truck after losing a bet.....I would rather do a low psi lift pump feeding the stocker OR a complete fuel system with aeromotive or fuelab pump.

Airdog has more problems with their setup for EVERY make out there to steer me VERY far clear of ever using them. Duramax, cummins, powerstroke - doesnt matter there is a PLETHORA of threads on multiple forums with airdog problems, NO THANKS on leaving me stranded!!!!

Lilpooh has one and is watching for just this kind of stuff before he puts his on. I'm guessing it's not going on. I'm going to start looking for a different route now!!

Yep, I hate it when I know more about what is going on then the guy on the phone, question with all the problems guys are having with running the AD why keep going back. Isn't the FASS system the same thing? They seem to have allot less of a failure rate.

Well the pattern is there and quite honestly I dont need to be stranded - Hell Mitch just got done taking an extra 2 days on his trip to New York while waiting for a replacement pump that he had to buy, lol. Again no thanks for me!!

FASS had some issues years back with pumps and such if I remember right from when I was on the cummins forums.....I think they have cleaned it all up. But in all honesty I would rather do a low psi pump into the stocker OR a fuelab pump and a FASS or Airdog for a low psi pump is quite an expensive setup unless you already have it....just my opinion.

This sucks, I hate hearing these threads. Got one sitting waiting to go on, plus all new lines and fittings to do way with the stock fuel system... now I don't know what to do.

I would only put it on if you did something like Mitch does (i.e. feeding a high pressure pump or your stock one) with a sump. JMO.
