what does edge cts monitor I know I need egt addon for that and do I need to monitor egt right now if all stock?. Does it monitor eot and ECT out of box. Also what do I need to purchase with it to monitor fuel pressure. Is there someone on this sight to purchase it from? Also may do an sct very soon as well who on here sells them and writes the tunes for truck? Can you get edge and sct as a package deal? Sorry about all questions looking to purchase monitor within 24 hrs and possible tuner as well. Thanks josh. |

you can find a bunch of that info at Edge Insight Gauges
you can monitor eot and ect out of the box but you will need the FP kit to read that as well as EGT |

I cover what you'll need to watch and how to do it with the Insight in the following thread:
Write Up: Monitoring the 6.0L PSD. Which SCT tuner are you talking about? I would avoid the Livewire, and pick up an X3 to handle tuning. The X3 / Insight combo is what I run, and have no complaints. |

the expandable egt probe will allow you to piggy back other sensors like the FP sensor to it.. the non expandable obviously doesnt...
and yes you need this specific unit for the edge insight.. it wont work with other egt probes |

Yes I would steer clear of the livewire as well. Just spend the extra $200 bucks and get the bundle. If I could do it all over again I would. I run the livewire. My complaints are its bulky and you have to manually turn it on and off. Also if it sits directly in the sun you can't see the screen until it cools down. But preformance wise it is just like any other sct great.
