Mbrp vs diamond eye
Lookin into a cat delete pipe 3.5" the mbrp t409 stainless is like 89 dollars and the diamond eye t409 is 54 dollars from what I can tell they are the exact same thing. Would I just be paying for the name with the mbrp?

I've noticed some of the Diamond Eye pipes only fit aftermarket exhaust. At least that's what it said on some of the online ordering pages. This is the text:
***THIS PIPE IS NOT DESIGNED AS A STAND ALONE STOCK CATALYTIC CONVERTER REPLACEMENT PIPE FOR USE ON A STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM. IT IS DESIGNED ONLY TO BE INCORPERATED WITH DIAMOND EYE PERFORMANCE EXHAUST KITS (K4334A, K4336A & K5342A) AS AN OFF-ROAD PIPE.*** Since I have a fully stock exhaust, I went with the MBRP delete pipe cause it stated clearly that it would fit the stock exhaust. Just my $0.02. |

Jeez, I really don't know if it would fit or not. My advice? If you have an MBRP exhaust setup, then use an MBRP delete kit that's designed to fit your system. But that's just me, cause I don't want to create unnecessary problems. Otherwise, maybe contact Diamond Eye and ask them if their part is compatible with your existing system? I'm not sure how good their customer service is though.
