FICM PHP QUESTION

Alright guys here is what I need to know, I have found a guy that wants to unload an old Evo for a 6.0 Model EEF 2200 (the one that looks like a video game controller). Do you think it can be upgraded to a FICM programmer and if so what is the cost? I have been trying to get a hold of PHP for a while now, no one will answer the phone or it just keeps ringing and ringing.

OK I finally got the right tuner but I have not been able to get anyone at PHP to answer the phone or emails, I know they are in high demand but dang I have been trying for a month straight calling 3&4 times a week also sent 2 email to bill no suck luck. I know there are members out there who know these fine folks personal could you please ask them to contact me.
