New Shock question

Thought about getting the Rancho 9000XL (Adjustable). Looking for what a few of you guys may have run. Truck has 220k on it, i bought it at 169k so no telling if it has ever had shocks but i know two are blown.

if you are willing to put a leveling kit on your truck the Bilstien 5100's are your best choice....

I put the Rancho 7000's on about a year ago, so far so good.

I love Bilstien's. I run them on every vehicle I own. (5 of them) I don't think much of Rancho anything. It's all low end stuff IMO.

i got the ranchos bc i didnt want to spend the money on the bilsteins i want for the time being. The 9000s are nice running the dampers at 5-6 in the rear and 8s in the front. Pretty happy with the ride for my driving style, any stiffer in the back and she hops/skittish like in the *** bc its just too stiff with the tires and no weight.

Especially since right now i just have a 3" spring stack in the front to level it and scrub at full lock on my 35s. so eventually i will do a true small lift (i think its 4" to clear the 35s completely) and i'll need shocks for that anyway. Figured out my noise in the front end that sounded like it was falling out from under the truck. RF shock, the upper mount bushing was completely gone lol and the RR was completely blown. Truck rides like a caddy compared to what it was.

I accidentally bought Bilstein 5100's for a stock height 05-07 with the front coil overs, instead of for my 04 with front leafs. If someone wants the two front 5100's let me know.

If anyone knows of a part number for the stock height 5100's for an 04 with front leafs, please let me know.
