Two different tunes, one results in cylinder no. 5 imbalance code?

I'm not sure I want to say what tunes they are but they are both race tunes and with one I don't get a code and with the other I do. What do you guys think? Think the injector needs replaced or should I just not run that tune?

Cold, not really much difference but when it's warm I sometimes notice it "missing" which is what it was doing before I decided to just upgrade my injectors.
