Dura last fuel filters a no go!!!

I posted earlier had a miss on start up so I got the motorcraft set and it's gone after looking at them both there's a big difference between them dumb mistake I guess but works great now !!

Yep Motorcraft filters are the only way to go IMO. Oh well just chalk it up as a lesson learned. Hope it keeps the miss fixed. Best of luck man.

I will take some tomorrow I have the old filter I replaced the first time and there is a difference but the new motorcraft filter has a second o-ring not on the cap but on the filter itself and the dura last has nothing

I'd like to see pics too.....Will say that I've checked the oil filters at Walmart and the Fram's have the same patents on them as the motorcrafts, slightly different color tone though.....Funny thing is Fram's high vs. low end filters for our trucks have the same patents on them.

I've never seen fuel filters for our trucks at my Wally World's. Wish they had em.

And this is why you never put a wix oil filter in your truck, the worst part was that I knew better.
