Which one to get? Edge CTS or CS? Feedback?

I have an EDGE Insight now but want to monitor fuel pressure also. To do this I need to upgrade to the Edge Insight CS or CTS. I know I have to add the extra EGT and PSI sensor to it for what I want.

If you have either please let me know how you like it, pros & cons if any. Also where to get the best price for either unit and sensors.

Of course I like the CTS but trying to justify the cost over the CS. Thanks in advance.

You can justify the cost for the CTS by being able to monitor more stuff (which IS important IMO) due to a larger screen. I believe both units are the same size over all but the CTS has a larger touch screen. I am satisfied with my CTS and am glad I went with it. Hope this helps.

Thanks windrunner408, yeah the reviews on Amazon has me leaning towards the CTS. I think I am going to pull the trigger on it. Edge has a $25 rebate on it so I can get it for $330 shipped after rebate.

Hey they had a turn in deal for the old insight for a while and they would give you a $100
off the new units Maybe ask if that is still going

,, then again the old ones have a used value on the street of about $100

Are you getting it from Amazon? The rebate says authorized MVP dealer only, but I don't know if Amazon qualifies. I'm interested in getting one too.

Cts hands down. I just got mine from mkm customs. Cts and sct 3015 for 600. Works great.

If you have an older monocrome Edge Insight, it will need to be replaced to use the Edge expandable probes (like the fuel pressure, which if you have the older EGT, I think that may have to be replaced as well, you should check with Edge support.)

As for which is better the CS or CTS, I like the CS. The only feature the CTS has extra is that back up camera. Both max out displayed PIDs at 8 (which will show as a black screen with white letters), but the CTS will display 3 in an analog gauge face, with 2 bar gauges, where the CS only shows 2 analogs with 1 bar - if you run in color screen.

Make absolutely sure wherever you buy it, you verify on the Edge website that they are an authorized Edge Products dealer. Otherwise you get limited support, and no warranty coverage.

The CTS is cool but it's just way too big imo. I have no problem reading my CS with 6 pids on the screen.

I need glasses to read but thati s all unfortunately while driving ( no glasses needed ) the gauge is hard to read when I add 8 pids so I use the analog

I got the cs and can view 8 pids . Only paid 361 for the cs and the egt probe
