Scorpion Performance Module

So I was lookin for somethign cheap to give me a little extra boost with out getting to extreme and i tripped across scorpion diesel. The module plugs directly into the ICP sensor which is simple and claims to give 85 hp and 150 ftlb tq. I must say I am impressed by what I have experienced. There is a noticable difference in the throw you in the seat feeling in the higher rpm range. It has 3 differnet modes so you have a selection and it cost only 189.00 bucks. Not a bad deal but does anybody know anything about them and will it mess up my truck?

I really cant shed any light on the subject. They sent us an email about carrying the product line last fall. We tried and tried to talk to them on the phone, but could never get a number. They work off of ebay i think. Seems a little strange, but thats my opinion. Glad you enjoy your truck!

it would have been safer and a smarter investment to have saved that money and bought an sct xcal2. any programmer "can" mess up your truck. The name sounds fishy to me.

I looked at those before I ordered my SCT. The only thing that worries me is they don't tune the tranny, so with all that extra torque and no more line pressure, it would be easy to slip the tranny and do some expensive damage.
