Hey guys so i got with adrian and got a stage 1 durastroke. Should be here tomorrow. i also got with matt at gearhead for a SRL. i told him what i got and beileve he made some changes to accomadate the durastroke but not positive i'm waiting on reply from him asking what changes if any were made.
as soon as i get home and see the turbo on my door step i'm going straight to my truck with it to put it on and will be loading tune and going for a drive.
I'll post up my feedback as soon as i can drag myself away from the truck. Next weekend i'm making about a 2hr drive towing my boat for a big annual lake anna boating event. so ill update with some light towing feedback. the truck is on 38x15.50 tire so curious how it reacts with turning them. won't be able to really hammer on it to hard cause i am in SERIOUS need of traction bars so if anyone can help me out with that then i will be set.
o also it will be an 03 turbo with 10 blade so curious to see what it sounds like.
You don't need a speical tune just run Matt's extreme tune,If you get a tune that is tune towards a powermax it would run as good as a regular tune.I tested that,and powermax tune actually makes truck run slugish.If want anything tweeked ask for the VGT duty cycle insreased to 15 and all the rest of tuning involved for it.Just ask me anything you need to know about tuning,or the turbos themselfs.Thanks
