My race truck build

figured I would start a thread on my race truck build since there was interest in it.

Its Deranged That Tim built if it looks familiar to anyone. I bought it with a blown motor. long story short I tore it apart found that #4 rod bearing spun. That was in November. fast forward to May and I got it back from the balance shop put the motor together and put it in last weekend. its been a long build but its coming together.

Now for the good stuff! motor has one off lower compression crower rods. Turbos are s371/ 74 t4 and a S595. going to use a water to air intercooler in the cab. Injectors are 345cc hypermax hybrids. Truck is back halfed with 16.5/31 radial tires in the back.

Looks like a ton of work... Hopefully you've got the time to put in to it that Tim didn't. Would love to see that truck making passes on a regular basis. Good luck bud...

Ditto: That truck has had such a bad time of it, it would be great to actually see it work out for a change. What are you expecting power output from that setup?
