custom tune and sensor accuracy ?

Do custom tunes cause the overhead temperature readings to be off.? The reason I ask is because I noticed my overhead temperature is reading about 6 degrees warmer then the outside temp, also my cts IAT is reading the same as the overhead.Would'nt this cause the pcm to get the same info maybe causing the truck to run differenty?

my ambient air temp sensor has always been about 2 degrees colder than what is and since its been custom tuned i have not noticed anything different, i think my moms camrys sensor is off by 5 or 6 degrees, i think its just the sensor goofs like the lie-o-meter for your mileage
