What are these????

My parts from Tousley came in today in preparation for head studs. I bought 8 fuel injector o-ring kits, head gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, HPOP screen, stand pipes and dummy plugs (I ordered the 18mm pipes cause my truck's a 2005), upgraded turbo drain/feed lines, upgraded STC fitting. There were three packages in there, one has a p/n but the other two don't and I don't know what they are and I am assuming they came as a 'kit'. Anyone wanna take a gander at what they are?? I have an idea but not sure.

kit on the left are the dowel pins for the head gaskets, allows you to use 18 or 20mm gaskets with 18 or 20mm dowel heads. Kit on the right is the egr cooler hose, and the intake manifold o-ring kit

Sweet, I thought that what those things were. I'm deleting my egr, and I ordered 18mm gaskets/18mm standpipes so I should be good there. Anything else I may be missing from that stuff for this task???
