Scan gauge Install

I installed my scan gauge but the FICM reading is only 3 volts. My first attempt did not get any reading. I checked on here and someone mentioned that the mth code had one too many zero's. I went back in and edited the mth code and got the gauge to read 3.06. The truck runs fine. I doubled checked my numbers and they all look right.
