Just bought my first powerstroke need some advice

Ok guys i just bought a 05 lariat with 67k on it i got a great deal.
i am new to the site and have been reading alot of post so that i am not the guy asking questions about things that are already posted. I am trying to get some educated opinions on what i plan to do and if there are other things i should do please let me know and why it is better. I am looking to get a sct tunner i was looking at the new sct8900 touchscreen from inovative, with their tunes and EGT probe ARPs and head gaskets, bulletproof diesel EGR delete, billet water pump and oil cooler, Amsoil by pass oil system and a sinister coolant filter i think that will get me started if anyone has any other ideas please let me know thanks guys and sorry for the long post
