Question about turbo

I have a 2004 f250 with a stock turbo. I have an extra stock turbo just lying around. Is it possible to do a dual turbo with 2 stock turbos? Also, if that does work, What kind of HP gains And MPG gains would I get?

2004 F250 King Ranch, 4 in straight pipe, EGR Delete, K&N Intake, SCT, 20in XD Badlands chrome Wheels, 12k H.I.Ds, Recon Smoked Cab Lights, Pro liner bed liner, 7 in tip, PMF lift, Zoodad mod, and much more to come...

Nope. Sorry. Even if you could find a way to control the VGT selinoids, you would need to find room under the hood to put them, then fabricate custom pipes.
