Question about turbo
I have a 2004 f250 with a stock turbo. I have an extra stock turbo just lying around. Is it possible to do a dual turbo with 2 stock turbos? Also, if that does work, What kind of HP gains And MPG gains would I get?

Nope. Sorry. Even if you could find a way to control the VGT selinoids, you would need to find room under the hood to put them, then fabricate custom pipes.
