Insight CTS acting up

A couple days ago my cts started acting up. It would go to the pid screen and say loading and would just shut off. I unplugged it and waited 1 day and plugged it back in, it picked up and done fine that time. The next time I started my truck, it would go to the pid screen and stick on loading and then shut off again.

I have owned it over a year now and this is the first time it has started messing up. Also, when I start my truck, I turn the key on and wait until it says vehicle detected then turn the key off, then start the truck.

I am lost on what to do, and to make things worse, I got it second hand, so there goes the support or warranty from edge. I sure hope I don't have to give ISSPRO a call.
