Went to the track tonight.... BEAT A SHELBY!!!
Guys I know ya'll are probably getting tired of me posting videos, but I'm extremely excited about this and I need to share it with some fellow Powerstroke lovers!! I went to the track tonight and my truck laid down its best time yet... 8.60 and I out ran a 2012 Shelby GT500!!!!! Here's a pic of the time slip and a video clip for proof! Also there was a Corvette that I was wanting to get a piece of but couldn't ever manage to get beside him, he was running high 8.7s. Sure woulda been two great muscle cars defeated in one night by a 8000lb truck

Nice run, truck sounds awesome! Not to pee on your parade but a stock shelby should eat your tuck up and spit it back out with half a driver. The cell phone video doesn't really show what he was doing. Either way nice truck, wish mine was that fast!

What was the 60 ft time? if it were a quarter mile he would have passed you like you were standing still. still 557 hp he should.

I'm not suprised with the ecoboost....they are friggin animals. When tuned, those trucks dont quite have the same hp as a tuned 6L even tho the torque is much lower. But the power to weight ratio is what makes it a beast. Don't underestimate the ecoboost...cause i want one bad.
