BPD shipping woes

I am sure it is a FedEx mixup, but has anyone had any problems or delays in receiving kits from BPD? My installer ordered the egr cooler and oil cooler on Monday and still hasn't received the parts yet. The installer I am using is a recommended installer on the BPD website.

When did you order it and do you have the shipping info? I ordered my stuff from BPD with 2 day shipping and it was to me in two days. If you did the basic ground shipping I wouldn't be surprised if it takes 5 days or so.

If you call us, 480-247-2331, I'm sure we can give you answers. I'd give you our 1-888 number, but the customer service end of large, top heavy, telecommunications company we'll call COX can't seem to direct it to our new phone system... GRRR!
