You have a lot to learn my friend. I would start by trashing the K&N. It will dust your turbo over time. You can get a stock airbox for pretty cheap and it flows more than enough air for up to 500hp. Coolant filter was a good start and gauges are a must to monitor ECT and EOT, also get an EGT probe. If I were you I would see what your delta is for ECT and EOT and go from there. If it is more than 15F then its time for a new oil cooler, EGR delete, and flush and switch to a ELC coolant like CAT EC1. PM me if you have any questions.

Iquad is a tuner with guages. And came with an exhaust probe, so ill be monitoring delta and doing slight tunes through my smart phone. I actually picked up a stock air box not to long ago. Been waiting to have free time to install these parts. After I find how to post pics ill post some.

So I just hooked up my adrenaline. What power levels are safe to use with stock head bolts? And where can I find customers tunes to work with my rig?

I am an old rockcrawler who has been driving 04 6.0s since january 04, get a cts and find out what is going on with your truck, stock is fine for an airfilter, good aftermarket filters are ok, K and Ns are not. Any 6.0 can pop headgaskets, although the last set I blew was @ 47k miles on my current truck running a quadzilla module. Since then I have 65k more on the truck running 115 hp hypertech, and now 120hp php race tune without trouble, still on stock bolts. I believe that failed EGR coolers, and oil coolers cause most head gasket failures. Many used 6.0s already have these issues, so the first order is to determine the condition of your FICM, EGRcooler, oil cooler etc before you woory about mods. Custom tunes are better, Quadzillas run a lot of timing advance that spikes low rpm cylinder pressure, some custom tunes will make as much or more power and still be more bolt friendly.

Getting ready to flush coolant and add diesel site filter kit, what you guys recomend I replace coolant with? Also I allready run the ford recommended ctan additives, and been told by fellow Desiel mechanics it won't hurt to add a .5 oz of ashless 2 stroke oil per gallon of gas. Any thoughts. Right now I usually run the truck to 1/4 tank and top off and add additives.
