Just purchased an Edge scanner with attitude for my 05 F-350. Bulletproofed the truck back a couple of months ago and bought this hoping to monitor my deltas. It was used but works great. Installed the EGT sensor in the manifold and now I hope somebody can tell me what my operating temps should be ?? I am running on the mileage setting and ranging from 290 degrees at idle all the way up into the 700 degrees if I stick my foot in it. Anybody have an idea if this is within normal ranges??? Kind of scared to use some of the other settings till I find out where my temp readings should be. I appreciate all the imput you guys could give me. THANKS, The Old POOP.

Short burst for like racing and stuff you can get away with 1400-1500 but don't do it for long. But if you were like towing or something 1250 or so you will be okay. 700 though is good. You mounted the probe per turbo like you were suppose to though right.

Mounted to the drivers side exhaust manifold per the instructions

Okay good. Sounds like your just fine then. Watch your deltas which the difference between eot and ect they shouldn't be more than 15 apart. Idk if you can watch your fuel pressure but you want to be around 60 but not under 45psi your fcim voltage shoul be around 47-48v just normal transmission shouldn't get much over 170 even when towing

Have you checked Edge website, you can usually find the instruction manuals.

Yes, check the Edge website but, you should be able to look at alot of different vitals with the attitude. You can view uo to 4 on the screen at once. Just go into setup on the menu mode and select what you want to monitor.
