Well I just purchased my first 6.0 about 6 weeks back and now am going to install the egr delete and coolant filter kit... Besides checking or cleaning out turbo, what else should I look for while im in there? And whats cleaning agent is used to clean the turbo?

Replace the STC fitting and the updated oil screen; also your oil cooler if you have the money. 3M makes a kit that works well for cleaning the turbo. I used a sand blaster with glass beads and it cleaned it up like it was brand new.

The oil screen comes with the new oil cooler. The stc fitting is the connection to the HPOP. Good luck. Coach

The previous owner had a new shortblock put in with new oil cooler and a few other things i cant think of but have on paper from the ford dealership in fort myers, fl. It was done 10 months ago. Does the dealership usually replace the old parts with the newer upgraded parts? Like oil cooler screen, etc?
