Ok I finnally hooked up my cts and I think it's broke. When I turn the truck off it turns off then back on 3 times before it stays off for good. Is that normal? Do I need to update it.

whenever I turn my truck off and open the door it goes off and doesnt come back on, try updating it, and check the connections on the unit and the OBD port.

Hmm ok I'll update it in the next few days. I thought it was odd that it shut off that way.i guess while I update it I'll add a pic of my truck on it.

That doesn't sound right....seems like you got a ghost voltage causing the power ups or the CTS isn't good.

I think I have found the problem. See the cts works fine just shuts off weird. Well I got to testing stuff. And tested my battery's and just sitting they read 12.72 or round shouts but if u bump the key to start the truck one will drop to 9.93 so I know the battery's didn't make it this winter. And I'm willing to bet they are the cause for this. So I need to buy two new batts before I bring it out this spring and I'll check then to see if it shuts down right after that.
