Need Help NOW...!

Im at the SCT Live Load thing and when i try to load a tune to my SCT it says File Serial Number not Correct... Im new and need help ASAP!

I had that problem when I bought my LiveWire and was trying to move my DJ race tune over to it. It was the only one I had that problem with. If it's one of DJ's contact Vivian, Chris or DJ - they're AWESOME and can hook ya up.

Is it referring to the serial number of your sct tuner? If so it is stored in the sct itself.

How do I find it? And when i do click the Set Serial Number button on the LiveLoad page it tells me that i cannot set the serial number... Im stumped...
