Turbo vane sweep?

In a thread i started yesterday about best custom tunes i saw a few people talk about how the SRL tune and the panty dropper tunes have 0% vane sweep at idle to have the big block rumble and no whistle. My question is, would it be possible to go the other way with that and have the vanes more closed at idle to get more of that ever so sexy whistle at idle?(im running an 03 turbo and i cant get enough)haha.

Really no reason i guess, besides the sound, same as the guys requesting 0% at idle for the rumble, only difference is i like the whistle more.
