Transmission Upgrade

Looking for a new transmission, whether it's a rebuild or a complete trans, looking for the best brand to go with. I don't mind spending the money, however $6k is a little steep. I've narrowed it down from what I've read to NADP, BTS or Suncoast. Are these the ONLY trans recommended for our trucks?

I know the stock trans can handle x amount of hp and tq but mine can use a refresher and I just want to do it along with the rear end just to do it and have it be new.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I was in the same boat as you.. I Fried mine about a week ago.. I really wanted a Twisted transmission but you cant get one for over a month yet.. SO i am gonna be the guinea pig and i ordered from Certified Transmission and got there Roadripper 3000 with triple disc converter.. Shipped complete for under 4k. with 12month/24k mile warrenty.. The guy there said it was way overkill for my application.. But i do see an injector upgrade in my future as well...

I hope it all works out. Let me know how it holds up. I wouldn't like the idea of being a guinea pig but if it works that's all that matters. Anybody else know anything about Twisted Transmissions?

Yeah I keep hearing good things about BTS. I was recommended to use them. I looked up Certified Transmissions. They look good on paper. Anymore info about them from anybody?
