FICM Tune?

Where should I get my FICM tuned. Mostly just wanting the fuel mileage back. I will not use PHP!!!!!! Ive been trying to get ahold of them by phone since Jan 2nd with no luck. I e-mailed them 4 days ago with still no response. Im not gonna beg them anymore to take my money. Is there anyone else that has remote programming??? Thanks in advance. Dustin

It's the difficult life of diesel aftermarket. Make a great product that exceeds your expectations. You got to be ready to respond. PHP is a great company to deal with....sorry to hear you are going another route.

I use PHP. Their new tunes are awesome. They have 3 different tunes to choose from. Why don't you just fill out the remote tuner order form on their website. Corey's name here at the .org is Groovy Chic. Try looking her up and PMing her. They go by Power Hungry at PowerStrokeArmy.com as well.

I'm having the same experience...couldn't tell you how many times I've tried calling along with a few emails. Sort of concerns me that if I did make a purchase and have an issue that getting support would be similar.

i filled out the remote programmer form on their site, hoping I get an e-mail soon saying theres one ready for me. Not worried about it, worth the wait for a good product.
