What year of the 6.0 Power-stroke is the most reliable?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and looking into buying a Power-stroke. What year in your opinion of the 6.0 is the most reliable and has the least amount of problems. Also, what is the difference between the 6.0 engines from the 2003 engine to the 2007.

Start with the 2003.5 and work your way up thru the years.
