Yeah she is awesome! When I called about my tunes she was at the drive up teller at the bank...answered the phone, took my info while making a deposit at the bank! Then I had my 3 tunes emailed to me within an hour. Stellar Customer Service!

She also treats past customers right when it comes time for more parts!

I couldn't agree more! I ordered a livewire on Friday from her, she was excellent to work with! I cant wait to get it!

Her customer service is amazing. She has always got back to me extremely fast.

I wrote to her telling her I can wait for my tunes today knowing about her brother. I said I can wait for tunes. She called me in 10 minutes and cut me 3 tunes after 30 minutes on the phone talking about other stuff. She is good people. I'm glad Mike at Farmers let me know about her.

I agree 100%!!! NOBODY has customer service like Vivian. Every time I've called quicktricks, vivian has been there and answered my questions, taken my orders, shipped em out fast, tweaked tunes within the hour, you name it and she has been on it, FAST! I recently tried another persons tuning just because it seems to be the big rave and its been two weeks of going back and forth and I still haven't got the tuning tweaked right. Not to mention getting in touch with them has been a chore in itself. Vivian is the BEST.
