Smoking cold start

When I start my truck after being at work all day it throws a puff of black smoke. Or when I drive away and then let off I may get a small hazy puff is this normal i haven't noticed it before I have stacks and no cat or muffler also stock tuning. Any info would be great.

I just bought some Kleen diesel today I put the whole thing in the tank. I know how to clean the egr but the manifold I do not, how would I do that? take it off?? Also where would I order that gasket kit from the ford dealer or someplace else?

When I deleted the EGR I did take off the manifold. Then took it to the u do car wash then cleaned it up there. You can give tousley ford a call and get the gaskets you will need.
