What gauge for a dd?

Ok so my 05 6.0 is all stock for now it is my dd and coming next month ill be putting 90 miles a day driving back and forth to work. I have some extra money and plan on getting a 4inch turbo back mbrp exhaust and also looking at gauges im leaning towards the edge insight cts what do you guys recommend how is the install to this easy hard? Any suggesions would be great thanks!

Edge CTS is great!!! just plugs into your OBD2 port. install takes a whole 15 seconds

I like the sounds of that, doing some more research i dont do alot of towing with my truck should i get the egt probe for it, or if im not gonna tow with it should i not worry about it now

Will the insight cs monitor ficm voltage? I thought I read something about being able to do it with the scanguage II.

1. YES EGT! When I bought mine it had 33K and a smoked turbo, most likely from the last owner not having an EGT gauge and shutting it off like a gasser. I have 60K plus on the replacement, shut it down religously below 400*.

2. The CS/CTS are nice, but the plug ins add up. I have an Auto Meter EGT and fuel psi and a Scan Gauge II. At $150, the Scan Gauge is a pretty good deal.

Not bad at all. The EGT EAS kit comes with add on availability. You have to buy the universal sensor kit and the fuel pressure kit (plus the fuel bowl adapter too) to be able to monitor the fuel pressure. Everything plugs in easily then. I think it took me a whole 30 minutes to do mine.
